What this service is
SEO Masivo is a tool used over the internet, with which a company sets up artificial intelligence agents that work for it. It is contracted monthly with no minimum term.
What data is stored
- About whoever logs in: name, email, encrypted password and the IP addresses used to log in. The password is stored in a way that cannot be read back, not even from the inside.
- About the company: whatever the customer writes in their own panel — their jobs, their notes, their documents and whatever their agents produce.
- About usage: a record of what was done and when, so the customer can review it and so an incident can be resolved.
No data is requested that is not needed, and no contact list is bought or sold.
What it is used for
To provide the service and to support whoever contracts it. Nothing else. It is not used to train any model and it is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising.
Who can see it
Each company sees only its own: one company's data is not reachable from another. The service's technical staff can access it when needed to fix a fault or at the customer's own request.
To work, the text of the jobs is sent to the artificial intelligence provider the customer has configured, using the customer's own key. That relationship is between the customer and their provider, and is governed by that provider's terms.
For how long
For as long as the contract lasts. On cancellation, the company's data is deleted at the customer's request, and the deletion also takes whatever their agents produced.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of its use, portability, or object to its processing. Writing to the contact above is enough. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies
This public website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Session: logging into the panel stores a technical cookie, the one that keeps the session open. Without it you cannot log in, so it cannot be turned off.
- Measurement: visits are counted in aggregate, to know which pages are useful and which are not.
Liability
The service is provided with every care, but a result produced by artificial intelligence must be reviewed before being used for anything with consequences. The final decision always belongs to the contracting company.
