Why you provide the AI key
It is the question that comes up most, so here it is in full.
If I provided the key
- I would have to price it around the heaviest user.
- Or cap you and cut you off halfway through the month.
- I would know what your company actually spends, and you would have to take my word.
- The day you leave, you depend on me switching something off.
With your own key
- The fee is always the same, whether you use it a lot or a little.
- You see the AI bill in your own account, not in mine.
- You start free, because the free keys are plenty for trying it out.
- The day you want to stop, you stop it yourself and that is that.
Why there is no pay button
Because I would rather talk to you first.
This is not useful to everybody. There are companies it does nothing for, and it seems fairer to tell you that in five minutes on WhatsApp than to charge you a fee and let you work it out yourself a month later. So write to me, tell me what you do, and there are two possible answers: "this will do these things for you", or "this is not for you".
Questions
Do I need to know about computers?
No. You write what you need the way you would tell an employee, in plain language and with no formulas. The only technical part is getting the AI key, and that is two clicks we walk you through.
Why do I have to provide the AI key?
Because that way the AI spend is yours, you see it in your own account and you control it. If we provided it, we would have to charge you extra just in case, or cap you. With your key, the fee is always the same and you pay for the AI you use.
How much does the AI cost on top?
It depends how much work you send, but to begin with there are free keys that are plenty for trying it out properly. When usage grows, we talk about real numbers rather than estimates.
Can another company using this see my information?
No. Each company is separated internally, not just on screen: a query that does not say which company it belongs to simply does not run. And nobody gets into a house that is not theirs.
Can it make things up?
An agent only works with what is in front of it and the tools you have given it. If you ask for something it has no means to do, it says so and asks for what it is missing, instead of filling in the blanks. And everything it does is logged, with the time and who did it.
Am I tied in?
There is no minimum term. You pay month to month and leave whenever you want. Your data is yours and you take it with you.
Why can I not pay from the website?
Because I would rather talk to each company first. There are cases where this adds nothing, and it seems better to say so than to charge a fee and let you find out a month later.
Is there anything to install?
Nothing. You log in through the browser, from a computer or a phone, with your email and password.
Is it available in other languages?
The tool and this website are in Spanish, English, German and French. And the agents write in whatever language you ask for, which is what matters when you are replying to a customer abroad.
