How it works
A company inside your company
The idea is simple: instead of an artificial intelligence you ask things to, we set up a staff. With its boss, its people and its way of working. You hand over the job; they turn it into finished work.

Each one handles their own patch: sales, purchasing, the one who runs the inbox. You explain the job once and they have it.
The jobs
The work comes in through one place and gets broken down. You can see where each piece is and who has it in hand.
The keys
Every single thing they can do is switched on and off. If it is not switched on, nobody does it. And the big stuff, they ask you first.
The house memory
What they learn sticks: how you talk to your customers, which suppliers you use, what went wrong last time. Nobody starts from scratch every morning.
The log
Everything that happens is written down with its time and its signature. If something goes sideways, you can see exactly where and why.

You write the job
"I need to compare three freight companies for shipping twenty pallets to France every month."

The boss breaks it up
It decides three things are needed: gather the rates, put them into a comparable table, and write the recommendation. Then it hands them out.

Each one does their part
If there is nobody with the right trade for one piece, a new agent is created for it and stays on the staff for next time.

It gets checked before it reaches you
The boss looks at what comes back. What does not add up goes back. What needs your permission gets asked.

You are left with the result
A document you can open, read and send. Not a conversation you have to reread to work out the conclusion.
What it does not do
Saying this out loud is part of explaining it.
It does not make the big calls for you
It does not sign, it does not buy and it does not send anything in your name unless you switched that on first. The last word is always yours.
It does not replace anyone on your team
It takes away the repetitive work and the work that never gets done for lack of hours. What takes judgement, you decide.
It does not promise what it cannot do
If you ask for something it has no means to do, it tells you and asks for what it is missing. It does not hand you a made-up result that looks convincing.
